Overview
At Bionik Nutrition, we prioritize customer satisfaction and quality assurance. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund—approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is reflected.
- If after following the above steps you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at bioniknutrition@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at bioniknutrition@gmail.com and ship your product to the following address:
