Delivery
All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-1 days from the date of the order and/or payment, with delivery expected within 3-5 days, subject to the norms of the courier company or post office. Bionik Nutrition shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authority.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Confirmation of delivery for our services will be sent to the email ID provided during registration. Any shipping costs levied by the seller or Bionik Nutrition are non-refundable.

Returns
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, with all original packaging intact and no seals opened.
Items that are used, damaged, or have opened seals are not eligible for return or exchange.

Provide your order details and reason for the return/exchange.
Upon approval, return the product to the address provided by our team, ensuring it is unused and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are non-refundable and borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
